Renowned musician Patapaa was very amazed at an incident he chanced on at Takoradi. Patapaa described it as an eyesore when his effort to rescue a child who was being mercilessly beaten by his mother proved futile.
The artist found himself at Mandela market in Takoradi yesterday’s evening when he stopped to witness the unbearable incident. According to the artist, he tried to talk to the mother to stop beating the child for the wrong he has done but the mother gave deaf ears to her plea and
continued with her action. The video spotted a young boy being dragged on the ground to home
and pleading for mercy from her mother. The artist has called for justice for the young child for child abuse and wants the mother to be summoned before the law. There has been many child abuse footages that have gone viral in Ghana and Patapaa stands to help bring them to an end.
OKYEAME QUOPHI ANNOUNCES HIS EXIT FROM ANGEL BROADCASTING NETWORK
After working for about 3 years, former musician Okyeame Quophi made a Facebook post announcing that 31st of May 2023 was his last day at work. The former FM host and program manager for Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) thanked the entire management and founder of the media house for giving him the opportunity to serve the people of Ghana. He revealed he was someone who served as air personality and programs manager for the past 3 years for Angel 102.9 FM. Okyeame Quophi was very grateful in his post especially to the president and Founder of ABN Dr. Kweku Oteng, Mr.Samuel Kofi Acheampong (Bronzy) and Mrs. Stacy Amoateng who warmly welcomed him to the media house. He also expressed his appreciation to the Angel Drive Team and Angel Drive Fun Club for their immense support and love during his stay. He also thanked the entire staff of ABN as well as his loyal listeners who showed him much love and dedication to his work making him very proud. He gave a great farewell message and everyone will miss him for his good works. We say, Goodbye!

Famous Ghanaian musician cum dancer Mr. Drew has explained his love for dance which is
inevitable of him. Mr. Drew has had the opportunity to showcase his dance talent to fans aside being a musician as he rose to fame. Mr. Drew revealed in an interview with Amansan Krakye on Cape-Coast based Property FM that he was known for dance growing up and has been winning many dance battles. The artist explained the need to always add dancing skills to your music and how far it can propagate the music because he has never doubted that. Mr. Drew said he used to start dance challenge for many of his songs as well as as other people’s songs way back. He revealed how himself and his younger brother brought about many dance challenge during the Covid-19 era that helped with the promotion of a lot of music. Mr. Drew said he will not hesitate to start dance challenges to his songs as they are very key in promoting songs. Since coming to the limelight from MTN Hitmaker, Mr. Drew has been consistent with his music and dance moves and has released many hit songs that have been enjoyed by fans.
