Desmond Kwesi Blackmore, known on stage as D-Black, has rendered his heartfelt apology to fellow artist Medikal upon an encounter with him. D-Black recently made headlines for smoking cigars with Medikal’s wife, Fella Makafui, which popped up in a viral video.
Medikal was not pleased with the video after seeing his wife smoke a cigar in public without showing any sign of motherhood. The artist shortly disclosed that he had broken up with his wife following the shameful incident on social media. Medikal revealed that it was not the public smoking that made him decide to part ways with his wife, but they had already disagreed on many things before.
D-Black was rumored to have been dating Fella Makafui following the incident, where some said they even had an affair after the smoking.
In a hot interview with Bola Ray on Starr FM, Medikal opened up deeply about his life and his current relationship and to his surprise, D-Black was also at the back door to be part of the interview.
D-Black entered the studio to Medikal’s surprise, and they both exchanged pleasantries, after which the host asked some questions, which led to their reconciliation.
Bola Ray asked D-Black his thoughts about Medikal’s O2 Indigo Show. “It’s a big move for Ghanaian music when you sell out any venue outside Ghana, so congratulations to my brother,” D-Black said.
During the conversation, D-Black revealed that he doesn’t have Fella’s contact information, but she called him on snapchat to come over to his pub. He explained that he was asked by Fella to light only her cigar for her without actually smoking the cigar with her.
D-Black said if his actions hurt Medikal, then he was sorry for everything he has caused and he is no way dating Fella, as people claim.
